I do NOT know the current password for the Group Role Account and I want to reset it.

Please have the OWNER of the Group Role Account email [email protected] or give us a call at (626) 815-5050 to get a temporary password. Please note that only the Owner of a Group Role Account has the authorization to reset the password or get a Cougar Lock reset.
