Ark (ark.apu.edu) is Azusa Pacific University's official document repository, powered by Alfresco. It provides a centralized platform for storing, managing, and accessing university documents, ensuring secure and efficient information sharing across the APU community.

What is Ark?

Ark serves as a central hub for a wide range of university documents, offering a robust system for:

  • Storing: Securely store various document types, from transcripts and academic records to policies, reports, and more.
  • Managing: Organize and manage documents with features like folders, metadata tagging, and version control.
  • Accessing: Easily search, view, and download documents from any device with an internet connection.
  • Self-Delivery: Empowers users to upload and manage their own documents, simplifying submission processes.
  • Collaboration: Annotate documents and collaborate with colleagues on shared files.
  • Mobile Access: Access Ark conveniently through a dedicated mobile app.

Benefits of Using Ark

Ark offers several key advantages for the APU community:

  • Centralized Access: Provides a single, authoritative source for university documents, eliminating the need to search across multiple locations.
