Alternate Windows 11 Upgrade (Remote Employees)

If you've encountered errors following the Windows 11 self-update, please carefully follow the following steps:

Step 1: Backup any essential data from your computer to your Google Drive and/or an external hard drive if you have one available.

Step 2: Download the Windows 11 Alternate Upgrade. Do not attempt to run installer yourself.

Step 3: Email [email protected] once you’ve completed both of these steps, and one of our technicians will reach out to book a remote appointment with you to begin the upgrade.

Please note that this upgrade can take 2-4 hours to complete, so please plan accordingly.
