The APU Now app (iOS | Android) has a Virtual ID Card feature.
After signing into the app, click on the and then on the "Virtual ID Card" widget.
Tapping the ID card will "turn it over" to display cougar bucks total.

How do I bring up the Virtual ID Card?

Where can I use the Virtual ID Card?
- Undergraduate Enrollment Services Center, formally One Stop (Azusa Campus) to quickly check in
- Library book self checkout stations
- Use it prove you are part of the APU Community
- Use it get discounts on Insurance, at car dealerships, and local food establishments
Do I still need to carry my physical APU ID card
- Yes. You will still need to carry your physical ID card to access student living areas, etc...
Can I use the Virtual ID Card to buy food at the Azusa campus?
- Yes. On campus dining can scan the bar-code on the app.
Why does my Virtual ID Card not have my picture?
- We don't have a picture of you on file. The fastest way to get your picture to us is by installing the GET Mobile app (iOS | Android) and following these directions. The GET Mobile app has a photo upload feature that will get your picture on the Virtual ID Card. Please allow 24 hours for your uploaded photo to be approved and synced with our system.
- Pictures taken with an iPhone tend to look better than pictures taken with an Android phone.

Can I use the Virtual ID Card to get into any of the student housing buildings?
- No. Please use your physical ID card.
Can I use the Virtual ID Card at sporting events?
- Not at this time.
When will the Virtual ID Card work with my favorite service at APU?
- The APU Mobile team has plans to integrate with as many APU services as possible. We will notify you through the APU Mobile app of any new ways to use the APU Virtual ID Card.
