Before you are able to request a password reset through our self-service portal for your account, you will need to add a personal email address on file in your home dashboard. If you have not added a personal email to your account, please see our article on Adding a Personal Email Address on File. If you are unable to access your account at the moment but require a password reset, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at (626) 815-5050 to get a temporary password.
