Wireless Routers Not Allowed on Campus

Personal wireless routers are not permitted on campus or in any living areas. Wireless routers interfere with APU’s network infrastructure and can disrupt connectivity for other students and staff nearby.

IT reserves the right to disable the wireless capabilities of any unauthorized router found on campus or in the living areas.

For information on Internet Ports (Ethernet), please refer to our Internet Ports in Student Living Areas (Ethernet) article.

Need Wi-Fi on campus?

APU provides several wireless networks for students, fac/staff, and guests. Check out our Helpful Wi-Fi Links article for instructions on connecting to the network that applies to you.

If you have questions about APU Wi-Fi, contact us at [email protected] or call (626) 815-5050.
