CHROME:
- Open Google Chrome
- Click on the three dots in a vertical line located at the top right hand corner of the browser (⋮)
- Select "Delete browsing data"
- Make sure the "Time range" is set to "All time" and check the "Browsing history" and "Download history" checkboxes
- Click the "Delete data" button in the bottom right corner

FIREFOX:
- Open Firefox
- Click on the three horizontal lines in a vertical line located at the top right hand corner of the browser (≡)
- Select "Settings"
- In the left hand options, select "Privacy & Security"
- Scroll down to the "History" section and select "Clear History..."
- Make sure the "When" is set to "Everything"
- Make sure "History" is checked and click the "Clear" button in the bottom right hand corner

SAFARI:
- Open Safari
- Hover your mouse at the top of your screen until you see "File, Edit, View"
- Click "History," then select "Clear History..."
- Select "All History" in the drop down and hit "Clear History"

MICROSOFT EDGE:
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Click on the three dots in a horizontal line (...) then select "Settings"
- Click on "Privacy , search, and services" in the left options
- Scroll down to "Delete browsing data"
- Click "Choose what to clear" next to "Clear browsing data now"
- Change the "Time range" to "All time" and make sure "Browsing history" and "Download history" are checked.
- Click "Clear now" in the bottom left
