There are two main ways to access your APU Email as a Student, Fac/Staff Member, or Alumni.

Option 1: Using your dashboard on home.apu.edu

To access your APU email through the dashboard, use the following steps:

1. Sign into home.apu.edu

2. Click on the Gmail on the left-side.

You should be taken directly to your Gmail!
 

Option 2: Accessing email directly

Accessing your APU email directly can be done by going to mail.apu.edu which provides an alternate route to the email account. This can be used as an alternative should the home portal be unavailable. This route will go directly to the Central Authentication Service login page to access email. You are also able to use the normal Gmail site by typing in your APU Email, which will then redirect you to the CAS login page. All methods will require your APU NetID (first part of APU Email without the @apu.edu), your password, and your 6 digit authentication code.
