1) Click HERE
2) When you follow the link you will be directed to the APU Community Folders, in the top right corner, click the blue “Add to Drive” button
*NOTE* Community Folders are a service designed for faculty and staff. Students will not be able access or add these folders to their Google Drive
3) Next, navigate your Drive. The blue “Add to Drive” button should have changed to “Open in Drive” - you can also navigate to your drive via your Gmail page in the app section
3) Once you are in your Drive, on the left side under the red NEW button, there will be a “Shared with me” section, click that.
4) This will bring you to the section of your drive where the Community Folders is located, find it, and click on it to open it
